Open ModPlug Tracker: a Windows module tracker (MOD, XM, S3M, IT and more) with VST plugin and ASIO support. Runs on Windows 7 or later, or under Wine. Its playback library, libopenmpt, is the usual way to play tracker modules inside a game.
