Notes

Live pack page License field is CC0. Standard tier is "60-70% of my pack is completely free" in OBJ/FBX/glTF. Source adds Blend plus Unity/Godot/Unreal projects; still CC0 on that page.
Header formats list FBX, Blend, glTF; Standard bullet also names OBJ.
CC0 re-export does not license Rockstar assets. See docs/fivem.md.
