Ari Feldman's classic 1996 sprite collection, re-released by WidgetWorx: 44 PNG sheets of static and animated sprites for breakout/paddle, maze, platform, shooter and a cartoon "Fish Dish" game, plus grids. Distributed under the Common Public License 1.0, a software licence applied here to art.
The zip is named spritelib_gpl.zip, but its bundled license.rtf says Common Public License 1.0, not GPL
CPL 1.0 allows commercial use and redistribution; it asks that copyright notices be kept and that the licence accompany source-form distributions. No credits-screen line is required
