The tracks are sampled from a larger paid pack (400 Indie Game Music Loops on itch.io). Only these five are CC0; the paid pack has its own terms
Widely reused: the page's comments list many jam, itch and store games that use it. That is a mark of quality and also a Content ID consideration; see the note in the audio README
OpenGameArt is the host; the CC0 statement is both the submission's licence field and the author's own INFO.txt, which is stronger than most OGA provenance (see docs/provenance.md)
