Free stock photo textures (grunge, concrete, plaster, rust, wood, stone, metal and more), downloaded one JPG at a time. These are raw photographs, not seamless PBR sets. The Terms of Use page exists and allows commercial and personal use, but its redistribution clause reads against shipping the files inside a game, so this entry stays needs-review with commercial: unknown.

The open question: a game build redistributes its textures, combined with another product. The terms do not name games, software or compiled binaries, and the clause as written covers that case unless TextureKing consents. The terms give info@reh3.com for licence questions. Get written permission before shipping, or use TextureCan or ambientCG, which are CC0
Re-read 2026-10-04: terms unchanged, so the open question stands. Clause (c) also bars placing textures "on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium" and offering them "for redistribution or resale in a fashion that would violate this license", which still does not say whether a compiled game counts. Only written consent from TextureKing settles it
