About page: all hosted fonts are libre; you may use, modify, and redistribute, including commercial work, and you must credit the designer and the foundry. Lineal's typeface page names SIL Open Font License 1.1. About also says they are still evolving licensing and OFL is a "fair foundation" that does not entirely meet their needs. Check the OFL.txt in the font you actually download.

Modified derivatives must ship under the same licence as the original face
