List Capture Targets

list_targets

List the desktop, monitors, and visible windows (topmost first, with capturability per backend). Each entry has a target string to pass as-is to capture tools; use it instead of guessing a title.

`titleContains`	`string`	Only list windows whose title contains this text (case-insensitive).
`capturableOnly`	`boolean`	Leave out windows neither backend can capture (minimized, off screen). Default false.
