Binding grant is Legal, not the homepage tagline. Destockd believes hosted footage is public domain in the United States or otherwise unrestricted, based on FedFlix / government-production origin. It has not independently cleared every film, clip, or embedded element.
FAQ: review source records before commercial use. Archival films can contain third-party footage, music, trademarks, and identifiable people. Destockd provides no model, property, publicity, or performance releases.
Destockd does not require attribution. A specific film or archive record might.

Unedited historical material: war, disaster, WWII atrocity footage. Filter "disturbing" shots on Random if you do not want that in a browse pass.
