User-contributed particle effects for the Effekseer tool. Sample page says they are free to use in games or movies and that these listed effects are CC-0. The Effekseer tool is MIT. That is a different grant.

Runtime: Effekseer plugins exist for Godot, Unity, Unreal, and others. The .efk files are not drop-in GPUParticles.
Do not confuse with Unity Companion particle packs.
