Credit the track artist and the CC license named on that FMA track page.
License Guide (2026-08-24): "Most of the music licences you will find on FMA are Creative Commons licences". Artists pick the CC flavor. "FMA cannot license original work to you for commercial, private, or other use"
That last sentence is aggregator language, not a ban on using a CC-BY file commercially. It means FMA is not the licensor. Open the track
FAQ for Videos confirms video use when the track's CC conditions match. It does not mention games. Interactive sync plus ND (if any remain) is still the usual trap
Royalty-free / all-rights-included is the paid PRO product, not the free archive
