The Blender Foundation's Durian open movie, a fantasy animated short. The film and the data published for it are under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0, so clips can be reused commercially with credit. Handy as fantasy cutscene footage or as a realistic-length test clip for a video player.
Credit is owed. Showing the movie itself needs the entire credits scroll; any other use needs "(c) copyright Blender Foundation | durian.blender.org" or the sintel.org variant
Excluded from the licence: all logos on the site, including the Blender, Durian and Creative Commons logos, and anything not made by the Durian project
Games are not named, but CC-BY grants reuse and distribution in any work; put the credit on a credits screen
The download page offers the film as MP4 from 2K cinema size down to 360p, plus the trailer in MP4 and OGV and uncompressed frames
