Terms of Use (effective 12 August 2026) say uploaders pick either Sketchfab's paid License Agreement or a Creative Commons license, and the downloader must follow whichever grant is on that model at download time. The License Agreement is a royalty-free store EULA: editorial SKUs are non-commercial; standard SKUs still ban stand-alone redistribution and "too similar" resale. Do not treat a CC filter as a catalog license. Open the model. Prefer kenney / quaternius / smithsonian-open-access when you want one grant for the whole pack.
